Q: What is Project Art?

A: Project:A.R.T. is a non-profit  charitable foundation, which is an instrumentality of the State of Michigan (sub-division).


Q: What is Project Art's purpose?

A: As a non-profit, non-private charitable foundation, Project: A.R.T.’s purpose is to receive and administer funds to help decrease juvenile delinquency during out-of-school hours (after-school, weekends and summers) by focusing the student’s attention on the Hip Hop Arts.


Q: How can Members Benefit?

A: Members can BENEFIT via receiving Project: A.R.T.’s newsletter  HOLLA!, with discounts at local businesses, access to members-only website, access to members-only special events and facilities.  Members will also receive a discount off programs or event ticket prices. Members also have the opportunity to develop their own ARTIST PORTFOLIO.

Q: Why are Members important?

A: Members show SUPPORT to the developing ARTISTS who are part of a NEW experience through a state agency, which provides the opportunity for the ARTIST to develop their PORTFOLIO.
